I have purchased Intex Aqua I5 on dated 22/07/2013 in which there was ( Manufacturing Problem ) some network problem only one SIM slot was working and another was not reflecting any network. The same was got repaired from their Service center BALAJI ELECTRONICS, Mata Rani Chowk Ludhiana, after that my phone was having charging problem and I have given the mobile to the same Service center BALAJI ELECTRONICS, Mata Rani Chowk Ludhiana ( Job Sheet No- 403085329001T001, LOT No- 403085329001, Date 08/03/2014 ) for repair they refuse to repair the same and told that the same is chargeable, ( not covered in warranty ). After that I mailed to intex for the same ( Ref no – SR#:1-140320-01 ) but I have’t got any revert from their end then I have called on cal center on date date 07/04/2014 at 11:58 am ( Ref no – 201447115756797 ) and visited the service center BALAJI ELECTRONICS, they have repaired the mobile but after few days the same problem was again started, then I again visited the service center but they refused to repair the same. I have mailed several times for my problem to Intex but haven’t got any revert from their side. when the same is in warranty then why the same can’t be repaired.
Please look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis.
