Dear Sir,
My Samsung galaxy phone was damage before 2 1/2 month ago .i submit my phone in service center and ask to claim insurance.Due to this my phone insurance detail is mismatch of DOB and Father name as per apps daily insurance co.I submit high court affidefite in company. After check my mail which is received form apps daily the document is same from my original id. How the document change in i also dont know.After this not approved insurance i pay money for my samsung phone to repair . Please help if my document as per mail which send by apps daily is correct then why my insurance is not approved.
