This is regarding my daughter admission in nursery in shemrock ,mahavir enclave, New Delhi 110045. On 4,March,2016 we done her admission formalities and they charged us Rs. 13200. From the next day, My daughter start going to school for 2 hours. On 8, March when we pick up our daughter from the school, we had notice 3-4 bites Mark on her hand,it was so hard that even blood comes out. My daughter is so scared that she didn’t sleep properly for 2-3 days. The school principal and owner of the school said ,this will not happen and this is due to class teacher negligence and if u want we can refund your full payment. As, we are not satisfied with the school as they are not taking good care of our kid, there is no proper meal is provided after being charged.We,then decide she will not continued in shemrock and asked them to refund. The principal said that pls come on Saturday as the owner of the school (Mrs Mittal) will take the decission,but we told her that the owner knew all the matter and we want our money back, if u want u can charged for 3-4days for attending school. Now ,they told us that the headoffice Will take the decission, my husband then called the headoffice and they told us that they will only return Rs.8000 and rest they will not return as per the rules.
We told them that the school principal haven’t inform us at the time of admission and they said it our duty to asked.
How can we know your rules ,if u won’t tell us.its School duty to clarify all the rules and regulations, but for Shemrock they just want to steal money from parents. On very first day they were very nice to us and now they just don’t want to return money.
Please look in to this matter and asked them to refund Rs. 5000
