Relance cdma doing worst thing with me

My no is 9734713864 its 6yeas old and olny no. which i use… I have ported into relance 5 month ago … Can i ask to relance telecom service those 5 month how my service was activated and do u have not time to inform me that my docs are incomplete in those five months… I have submited docs on 16th jan but my no is not activated…. How man days or months you need to activate my no. Pls reply me.. I am totaly fadeup with your services…. Pls help me…..
