CUT THE BALANCE…

mob.no..it cut my balance. i have tried make conversation with its custmercare service. but i have not get the positive responce. i have tried many time since yesterday.but i fail..once a c.c executive recieves my call and told me to hold the call bcz she refered my call to her senior but after 5 minutes , the call is cut..
i tried many times but i haven’t get the positive response..actually they cheated me… and make me disturbed… so plz take the legal action against the complaint..
i will be thankful .
