Relaince not giving recharge.

Sir,
I recharged with rs. 247 on my no. 7814592136 on 16th January 2013. The plan gives 3g Data of 1024mb for 1 month. The recharge was done using paytm.com. I got a confirmation sms with sucessfull status. But the data was never given to me. I contacted the customer care 3-4 times. But no action was taken. I still haven’t received the data and the customer care is not helping also. I again recharged with rs. 247 on today i.e. 28th January around 7.45pm. Still no data has been provided by them.

Please help me out.
