i am having policy with the new india assurance company and tpa is md india.i was hospitalised and claim was being submitted to tpa.claim was being investigated by some local dr.and after that claim was being rejected stating that its fraud.without proper investigation they have rejected our geniune claim.its absolutely wrong.
