Loop Mobile has sent me a bill amount of Rs.3200/- in 3 days since I have told them to activate Rs.99/- net plan which they did not. When I visited their gallery ( Mahim – Mumbai ) the Branch Manager ( Bhoomika ) said you have to pay the bill thats the only option. she was not even listening to me and was not aware about the case but told me do what ever you want. Sir its not a question of Rs.3200/- but this is a clear case of fraud from where they are fooling people like me and earning the money.
Please take immediate action.
