rejected and cut shirt sell by on line

I had buy shirt by whaaky.com. My order number is S80802434.and delivery via
Javas whose tracing number is DELSNBC104788. it had shown coutons shirts. but they send cut, rejected, and defective items which is not coutons shirt. they send totally different. I pay for this 1249 rupees. This website is totally fraud company show different and send different.
