new indane connection is so costally give me distributer

i want new gas connection of indane company. distribute provide me multi connection on 7200 include all accessories but the actual price of multi cylinder connection is 3400 without accessories. rule of indian oil company accessories are not compersary but distributer not provide me gas connection without accessories..
i want take accessories out side in my requirement and facilities.
pls help us
