SIR,
The complaint regarding the Cheque NO 816576 11/10/2010 OF RS. 15001/- which was issued by Birla Sunflie Insurance Co. Ltd after the policy lapsed as per their version in respond to my CHQ which was paid by me and accepted on 19/07/2010 in excess which should not be received by them if my policy has been lapsed . After accepting the CHQ it was intimated to me by querying from Customer Care that it has been lapsed , hence the above cheuqe was sent which is still awaited since 2010. It was told that the CHQ has been honoured in your account.
Since that I am writing again and again to the Janak Puri Branch and keeping in touch with them THE RESULT IS STILL PENDING.I asked the branch and customer care LET ME KNOW THE ACCOUNT NO, BANK’S NAME IN WHICH IT WAS CREDITED AND NAME OF BENEFICIARY OF THE SAID CHEQUE. but NO RESPONSE has been given to me since TWO YEARS have been passed .
Kindly take care in this matter and also give instruction for allowing me the INTERST for the intervening period @ 10% or my policy may be continue allowing me to pay the pending premiums if any.
