Name of company/service: punjab national bank ATM CELL
I went to PNB ATM (id D1392800) for transaction of Rs.2500/- on 26-05-2012. Transaction was not successful no money received OR no Slip received, But I came to know that TXN ID was 4173 and ATM ID was D1614100.
Mobile show message of 23-05-2012.
Then I withdraw money from BOB bank ATM id-fdmdb06, TXN Id-1549, that was successful & mobile show deduct amount message but remaining balance was not shown.
But when i withdraw Rs.2700 on 19-06-2012 I found Two transactions of Rs.2500/- on 26-05-2012. I lodge complaint through customer care and they give Complaint no. 57965936 . The result is they say both transaction were successful, but they don’t
please do needful in this regard
