dear sir,
on 09-08-2014 i tried to withdraw amount fo rs 10000 which was not dispersed by atm but debited,after some time again it was credited.again i tried to withdraw from atm which was again not dispersed but debited to my account,third time again i swiped this time atm dispersed the amount and debite 10020,twenty as other atm charges.i went to my obc srinagar colony branch on next day 10-08-2014 and complained about the incidence and they told me to fill a form and assured me that it wil take a week time as it is non obc atm.its almost one month my amount not credited nor they give any reply.i called twice to the bank they just ask to come down again to the branch,how many time shall i go leaving my duty and my house is too far also.they dont have feed back system nor they have knowlege of complaint given or forms given to them.they just keep in fille when ever customer goes to branch and enquire then they take out that n give silly excuse.please consider my complaint and do needful action n credit my amount whoch was debited even though atm did not desperse the amount.my acount is wid oriental bank of commerce srinagar colony branch.
