Respected Sir,
I have purchase an mobile phone (MICROMAX CANVAS DOODLE3) from SHARMA ELECTRONICS, SHOPING CENTRE, SHOP NO. 10,BACHELI, DISTT- DANTEWADA,CHHATTISGARH on 10/05/2014. on 02/09/2014 the software was corrupted and battery in the mobile was old and it totally shutoff. When I was going to switch on the mobile it dose’t start. I tries so many times to restart the mobile but it dose’t on after that I went to the shopkeeper and told the problem about the mobile phone but the shopkeeper and the owner of the shop Mr.Yogesh Kumar Sharma dose’t respond properly and said that my business is to sold the mobile phone and not giving the service even he made a stamp and put in the bill that for any defect contact to the care center, before purchasing the mobile he told me to give any type of service related to mobile. But now he refused to give any service, I was mentally and physically frosted what to do. If it the the matter of 10 or 20 rupees I forget it but the mobile cost is Rs. 9200/- and I am not so reach to purchase such type of costly mobile again and again. Please short out my problem so that the shopkeeper should change the mobile or return my money so that I can purchase another mobile.
I will be obliged and grateful to you if you please short out my problem.
