I PURCHASED A NEW BIKE IN THE MONTH OF NOV 2012 AND REGISTRATION WAS DONE ON TIME. BUT YET I DIDN’T RECEIVED MY RC BOOK. WHEN I WAS ASKED ABOUT MY THE RC BOOK THEY WAS SAYING ITS A POSTAL DELAY AND DUE TO RTO OFFICE MISTAKE THE CARD WAS MISSED. WHAT EVER THE MISTAKE IT MAY BE, ULTIMATELY IM SUFFERING ABOUT THIS WITHOUT THIS BOOK.

    i have owned a car of honda amazes 2 months ago.the registration was done on d spot.but am unable to know whether my rc book is recieved or not.in anyother case send me the report of the issued/not
