I am using idea postpaid no. 8750502999 from last one & half year.My plan was of INR 125 monthly rental & from Aug,13 onwards I have to pay INR 150 monthly rental this increase in rental was not of my consent & when I contact customer care I got answer from them that input cost has been increased so they are increasing the rental but my other colleagues are also using same corporate tariff plan but they are not receiving any messages from the company.
Please look into this matter.
