I, Ch Raghupathi took a brand new karbonn a21 mobile from shopping.indiatimes.com on 18.10.2012. It was very much good till June’13. And from then it started giving prob. It is not getting charged. then i took it to Authorised service centre by name “Prime Tech Services”. He has checked the mobile n gave it back but the problem not solved. Again i went back to the service centre and as checked with the service centre come to know that problem in its mother board and it will be sent to Karbonn company for replacement. I submitted my mobile with invoice on 26.06.2013 and he said it will take nearly 20 days of time to get it done. After 20 days when i called to the service centre, no reply from them, they dont answer the call some times. On 03.08.2013 i got my mobile back from the service center with a new mother board as per the confirmation from that service centre executive. But when i kept for charging, it is not getting charged. Again i call to the service centre, they said we have sent to the company & they have done the needful. But my problem is not solved. I dont know whether the service centre people have forwarded my mobile to the company or not?.. I want to proceed legally on the above issue. I want to put a complaint on “Prime Tech Services” & “Karbonn Mobiles”.
