Dear Sir/Mam,
I booked a flat in Jan’11 , at the time of booking I asked builder @ any service tax or VAT, he told me that there is case going in court & you need not pay the same .I am getting possession in Aug end and Builder is asking me for service Tax & VAT
with interest. I am ready to pay Tax & VAT why shall I Pay Interest over it.Please help me in this regards. You can call me on 9819440397
