Original RC Card for correction of HP/LEASE name from “HDFC Bank Limited ” to  “HDFC Limited”  in the month of  October 2011.

Name of company/service: SPECTRA MOTORS, GOREGAON WEST

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Alto Maturi Car (Alto K10,VXI, no. MH02BR8968) from Spectra Motors, Goregaon(West)as on 01.09.2011.

But when I have received RC from RTO (Andheri), HP/LEASE name was wrongly printed as “HDFC Bank Limited ” to “HDFC Limited”. I have taken a loan from “HDFC Ltd.” & not from “HDFC Bank Ltd.”

I have submitted my Original RC Card for correction of HP/LEASE name from “HDFC Bank Limited ” to  “HDFC Limited”  in the month of  October 2011,(1st Week)to Spectra Motor , Goregaon West. 

I have taken a car loan from “HDFC Limited”  & not from “HDFC Bank Limited.”      “HDFC Ltd.” & “HDFC Bank Ltd.”  are two different companies.

I have submitted original RC card to “Mr. Bahadur”  & following documents to “Mr. Sandeep Tiwari”

1)  Duly signed Form no.34
2)  Duly signed Form no.26
3)  Letter from HDFC Limited who has finance for Car Loan.

Till date I have not received Original RC card with necessary correction.

I have following this matter with Spectra Motors from last Oct.11 onwords but I did not received response from them.

I am requesting you to help me in this case.
