Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that i have purchased a flat at Shahad-W (Kalyan)and the same is under construction. Further during booking of said flat the builder has not informed about any service charge or VAT for the purchase of the said flat. Now this is the time for possession of flat and the builder is demanding for service tax and VAT. Further i have made an agreement for sale of Rs. 1951500 and the flat was booked in April 2011. I would like to know that at what percentage the service charge will be charged and how much will be amount payable for me.
Kindly help me for the same.
