Regarding refund

Hi,

I have bought few facilities from Times jobs step ahead employees Mr. Naseem & Mr. Kabeer in april because they have said that it will be refunded. For this I have mailed to step ahead also but nothing had happened at that time. Now on saturday I have received again one call from Preeti and she told that she is calling from Timesjobs regarding my refund. Then she transferred the call to Mr. Rohit and he said that I will have to go to ATM for the process because they are facing some problem with online transaction and asked me to call him after reaching there. When i called him he said I will have to do few processing with my ATM and given the phone to Mr. Amit who said he is from accounts dept. He told me to insert my card then select banking services then insert account number given by him then amount and so on. After that he said process is complete. He repeated the process thrice with amount 10000, 5000 and 5000. When I finally checked my account I found that this much amount has been deducted. When I asked him about that he said not to worry its ledger amount and will be refunded with my previous amount till wed. Now again today I received again call from them and he told me that my refund is not in processing because of some issues on that day so I will have to repeat the process again and said that this time amount will not be deducted and this time they told me to put amount 32000. I did the same but instead of 32000 i transferred only 100. Then they said that amount transferred is not correct and when I said them to refund my previous balance they are telling that its not possible untill I will not transfer 32000. When I said that I will not they will not refund my previous balance. I told them if they will send me an official mail then only i will transfer but they are not agreeing on it and when i told that i will file complaint against them they said i can do whatever I want. I want to know that is there any process like this and also that for this to whom I should contact?
