regarding refrigrator

well i am from Delhi janak puri main sagarpur our refrigerator was not working due to some problem there was problem in cooling after that we gave call to the company and they said we will come and see the problem then their engineers came and they saw the item and after that they said that first you will have to pay 1650 charges then we will send the person tomorrow and he wil see to it..as we were suffering from problem we said okay you take the money and kindly come tomorrow and finally he came but the point was they were unable to find out the problem they send the completely unskilled person and the guy was unable to resolve the problem now what i am trying to say is we have paid bt still we are not convinced as till now our fridge is not working and lot of inconvenience we have suffered so i think company need to compensate for this and it is fraud what company is doing with its consumers and now if we are calling there is no response.so kindly look into the matter and please i want some action should be taken so that they cannot do such act again in future so innocent consumers should not suffer.thank you.
