I m Ravi Sinha I was purchased a LG Air Conditioner in April 2012. on 16/6/2012 i was installed my ac throgh LG Home care services plot no:40 Sector-10a, VAsundra Ghaziabad.
now my AC is produce less cooling and heavy sound when its jet cool feature is enable and its swing is on. i was complaint bout this to LG Customer service complaint no:RNA1206170922.
since that time no one is come to my home and they didn’t contact me from that day i was regularly talk to lg Customer care executive every time they give me 24hours assurance that our executive reach you sir but no one reached me till now and they didn’t contact me. customer care executive also give some mobile number of their heds like Mr. Anshu 8744052831,Jyoti 8744052833,Poonam Mathur: and two technician no: 8744052855 & 7838212111.
All these person cant receive my phone they used there phone and switch off them when i was call them the phone is on but immediately they switch off there phone . sir plz do something for it. i hope you could help us.
