sir/madam,
I have activated sms pack in my mobile online through reliance website by recharge payment of Rs.44 on 13/07/2012 22:29:27.
my receipt id is AMIR23855338. but i am not availing this service due to their improper information. i have read the details of sms pack on reliance website and recharge it. as per sms pack i can send 100 sms/day with 30days validity but my balance still deducting during senting sms. i have contact to reliance customer care on 198 for complaint but they neither satisfying nor refunding my amount of wrong deduction and recharge amount. according to them i am not authorize to use this plan while roaming whether i was already using sms plan on same number while roaming 2days before.
sir please help me.
