Demanding extra money

Name of company/service: Ashok leyland’s dealer Shubh Motors and L& T Finance Company Ltd.

Dear Sir,

I booked Ashok Leyland’s dost on 26 June,2012 at Shubh Motors, Rajkot, Gujarat. group of Sealand Diesel pvt ltd.

I gave them booking prize Rs.10,000/- on 26th June,2012 and company’s sales executive committed me you are in price protection. for my price protection next day I gave them my full payment of Rs. 190000/- and remaining amount they will collect from L & T finance company as loan. ( i.e. Rs. 277000/-). company sales executive ( i.e. Shabbirbhai) told me that you are 100% protected from price rise.
They found payment of loan amount Rs. 2,77,000/- on 3rd July,2012. L & T finance issued delivery order as on 26th june,2012. And they are supposed to do payment of loan within 3 days . On 29th July also their sales executive (i.e. Shabbirbhai) told me you are in price protection. But when I called him on 10th July for delivery they told me that you have to pay extra money of price rise which is about Rs. 9600/-. Both company are blaming each other for this mistake and demanding extra money from me.
I urge authority to do needful in this matter.
