Dear sir/mam,
Hi this is mohit from Rajasthan, I have recently ordered combo of
jeans with wrist watch of 399rs. through mginger website with order
no. 186423 on 17 july 12, which i have received on 27th july with
invoice but when I checked the goods i m shocked that the jeans is
already used not brand new and i have ticked 36 size but got 40
in size, and there is no button in jeans.
The wrist watch is also not that branded which shows in website,
its a china made item.
They did not disclose that they sale used item thats why I ordered the product.
I have intimate same to their customer support ID on 30th July 2012 & I got reply same day that they will replace the product in 7 to 10 working days but still I didn’t get any call or mail from their side.
Please help me to have original product.
