Non Delivery Of Products.

Hi,
I placed the Order on 4th August, 2012. The order number is order number is 9152186.The order was supposed to be made on 5th August, 2012. I called up the customer care on 6th August, 2012
and I was informed that the order has been made to the concerned person on 5th August, 2012: Chaitali Paramanick at the address :

But when I asked the concerned person and others who are residing at the above address it was confirmed to me that the delivery has to been made
to the person concerned. I thereby complained to the customer care to kindly check from their side on 7th August, 2012. I called up the customer
care about 15 times after that and every time I have been told that they have ordered the POD from the courier service and the matter will be
resolved within a day. About 15 days have passed and yet no action has been taken.
I am very sorry to say that I will never ever order anything from Infibeam since it is a matter of trust and my trust has been breached throughly.
