REGARDING PRICE DEDUCTION FROM BALANCE WITH OUT INFORMATION

HI,
I am Ankit Khobragade from pune.My reliance gsm number is 07620799529.Reliance have unnecessary deducted money from my balance(talktime) without communicating with me..and when i lodged a complaint in customer care.They said that i have activated any animation plan from my mobile..but i have not activated any of these plans.i talked to customer care executive and told him that i have not activated this plan and they are not listening to me .Reliance have done this type of things earlier also..mannier times they have unnecessarily deducted the balance but all the time they said that i have activated this plan that plan but this time i want serious actions against them.please kindly help me to bring back my remaining balance.please kindly do something that they will not repeat this things again.
