Name of company/service: Axis Bank
Dear Sir/Madam,
It has been over 2 years since I opened my corporate salary account with Axis bank. I tried to get my mobile no. updated in every possible way but it failed every time. I attempted to do it more than 10 times in different ATMs of AXIS Bank but it could not happen. I called up customer care, I went to banks and filled up the forms it didn’t happen.
I raised my concerns over twitter but all in vain. I sent them my personal details but didn’t receive any feedback.
Please look into the matter and come up with a solution.
