Not processing my refund of cancelled ticket

Name of company/service: Cleartrip

Dear Sir/madam,

I have booked my flight ticket from agent cleartrip for 16/may (mangalore Mumbai)and cancelled it later as suggested by cleartrip with the airlines directly.
Airlines has cancelled my ticket and issued the refund, but cleartrip is not processing my refund and unnecessarly troubling me by blocking my amount
