regarding non satisfactory service

i purchased the nokia asha 300 mobile set in the month of december 2012 and the same set became faulty in the month of july with the symptoms that touch non functional.same was deposited with ur service centre at jammu vide job sheet no 921233527/130724/9 dated 24th july 2013 .the same was returned without repairs by giving the excuse that handset found badly liquid logged at touch keypad section but as per my care towards these type of electronic gadgets i got surprised .i assure u sir that i have always taken well care of my handset.at last i request u to look into the matter personally for the repair of my handset at an earliest
