Name of company/service: Airtel

I am currently using Reliance sim card which I want to port in Airtel so for that I had completed all the procedure on 1st July 2013 like..

get port no from 1900
bought new sim from airtel shop
submitted required documents
and filled up the form
but still no action was taken from you..

First time I done this procedure on 2nd July, 2013 but when i call on 121 Airtel executive told me that sir we yet not received your request for port.
So I again do this all things and again RESULT IS ZERO.

Now they are saying that you have to do this again.
