REGARDING MY MOBILE LCD

I AM NEERAJ VISHWAKARMA PURCHASED A MOBILE OF COMPANY BLACKBERRY 8250 CURVE JUST 3 MONTHS BEFORE FROM SHIKHA SALES SUPELA BHILAI.ON STARTING ALSO THE MOBILE WAS GIVING ME SEVERAL PROBLEMS LIKE HEARING VOICE IS NOT CORRECT AND LITTLE BIT HANGING OF THE MOBLIE.ONE DAY I PUT MY MOBILE ON FRONT TOP POCKET AND GO ON, BUT AFTER SOME TIME WHEN I SEE AND CHECKED MY MOBILE IT WAS SWITCHED OFF , I TRY TO SWITCH IT ON BUT IT WAS NOT SWITCH ON,SO I PROCEED TO THE SERVICE CENTRE IN RAIPUR,WHEN I REACHED THERE THERE IS ALSO SEVERAL LACK OF STAFF I FOUND THERE AND TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT THERE I HAVE TO WAIT IN THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR APPROX 2 HOURS AFTER THET THEY MADE A JOB CARD AND GIVE THAT TO ME ,IN THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY CHECKED MY MOBILE IN PROPER WAY LIKE BY CHANGING BATTERY AND INSERTING DATA CABLE ETC . I SAW THAT THERE IS NOT HAVING THE PROPER WAY THAT HOW TO TREAT MOBILE, THEY WRAP THE MOBILE WITH THE BILL PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER AND THROW THEM TO THEIR DESK.AND SAY THAT ITS OK WE WILL CHECK AND CALL YOU. AFTER 15 DAYS I RECIEVED A CALL FROM BLACKBERRY SERVICE CENTRE THAT YOUR MOBILE LCD SCREEN IS BROKEN AND THE COST FOR MAKING THAT ONE IS COSTS ABOUT RS 6600/- I SHOCKED AND PROCEED TO BBCUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE AND TALK TO THE EMPLOYEE THAT HOW THIS CAN BE POSSIBLE BECAUSE MY MOBILE IS NOT HAVING A SINGLE WEAR AND TEAR TILL NOW,SO THE REPRESENTATIVE THERE TOLD ME THAT PLEASE WRITE YOUR MAIL TO [email protected] AND ALL OF YOUR PROBLEMS,I ALSO WROTE BUT THE RESPOND IS NOT CAME BACK AFTER THAT I GO TO THE SERVICE CENTRE 3-4 TIMES THAT TO SAY THAT WHAT HAPPENED ANY REPLY CAME OR NOT FROM BLACKBERRY .BUT THE RESULTS ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE AND THEY DONT EVEN REPLY ME ,AFTER THAT I MEET MR MANISH SHINDE (BLACKBERRY SALES PERSON )IN SERVICE CENTRE AND TOLD MY ALL PROBLEMS SO HE SAID THAT OK I WILL SOLVE YOU PROBLEMS PLEASE KINDLY MAIL ME AGAIN,SO I MAIL HIM AGAIN BUT RESULTS ARE STILL NOT CAME BACK, AFTER THAT AGAIN I PROCEED TO RAIPUR TO MEET THE SERVICE CENTRE INCHARGE (MR RAJU NAIDU )I MET HIM AND TELL HIM ALL MY PROBLEMS REGARDING THIS.SO HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL FORWARD YOU MY MAIL WHICH I RECIEVED FORM COMPANY THAT RELATED TO YOUR JOB ORDER AND YOUR MOBILE.I SAW THE MAIL BUT THE PICTURES WHICH THEY SEND TO ME IN THE MAIL OF MY MOBILE IS NOT MENTIONING THAT THE LCD IS BROKEN OF NOT,I SAW AND AGAIN WROTE A MAIL TO ALL THE SERVICE PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE PERSONS BUT STILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY OF THE MAIL, I SEEM THAT TEHERE IS SOMETHING WRONG IN THE COMPANY LIKE BLACKBERRY AND SERVICE CENTRE REGARDING MY MOBILE BECAUSE WHEN I GIVE MOBILE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE THE SCREEN IS NOT DAMAGED UP TO THAT TIME AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SCREEN IS DAMAGED AND BROKEN.HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE.SO PLEASE KINDLY REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AGAINST BLACKBERRY AND ITS SERVICE CENTRE I.E JAISHREE MARKETING RAIPUR.
