SIR I BHOUGT A INSPIRON 15R WHOSE SERVICE TAG NO IS -GRW9QVI AT 6-MAR-2013 BUT MY LAPTOP GONE DED AFTER 20 DAYS.I CALL TO THE DELL SERVICE HE SAYS THAT YOUR SYSTEM WILL REPALCE WITHIN 15-20 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DAY I COMPLAINED I.E, 2-APR-2013.BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NO ANY IDEA THAT EITHER MY SYSTEM IS COMING OR NOT.DELL SERVICE ALREADY TAKEN 22 WORKING DAYS.

why,i dont post any bad behaviour of DELL on any social media. Whatever DELL is doing with me is correct but i am shareing those thing is incorrect.That is the only mean that whatever you do,is correct. We are costumers ,and we have power to share and oppolise these things. OK
