Dear All,
My Name is Rohit Gupta, & i have an postpaid connection (9873818973) of Vodafone operator activated on 24-May’2012.
This month i have received my bill Rs.3800/- and as per my usage this amount is wrongly updated…
as per agent (customer care) told me you can use upto 3 GB data and my uses is less than 3GB…
As per my net pack activated on my number i am free to use 3GB data informed by C agent..
When i have called up to Customer care for the activation of net pack, why this proper information is not given to me.
Below is highlighted concern for the same :
1. I have activated net pack facility of Rs.198/- (who gives 3 GB data pack for use) and valid for 30 days from the date of activation, and activation date for this pack is 27-May’12 and my billing cycle for postpaid No. 9873818973 is 24-23 date for every months.
2. As per company net pack also will work according to billing cycle date but this full information is not given to me while i have called up to customer care for activation of net pack.
3. I have no any information for this so i have used my Net pack up to 3 GB but i have charged for this usage.
4. My credit limit for this connection is 1000/- and i haven’t received any call or sms while my bill amount has been increased, if bill amount was increase then they should inform me or should not allow to use access benefit instead of Rs.1000/-.
5. I have also called up to customer care for knowing the status of my net pack balance but they informed me that there was no any option to check the balance for net pack currently in postpaid.
6. I have also called up to customer care many time for adjusting the bill amount accordingly but they are not helping me.
7. I have also received an call from unknown no from the company side for stating this line if you will not pay the bill then we will make the call on different-2 no on the behalf of my bill details and force to pay the bill at any cost, so if you will not pay the bill then will have problem like this.
Finally Sir i am so upset due to this am ready to pay the bill actual amount as per the calculation (After considering the 3 GB net pack facility) but they are not allowing me to do, so i haven’t remain any option to continue the connection and will not be able to pay the bill.
Would request you to help me for this and now i just want to close the connection….Thank you
