Cheeted the item with filling wist item on box

I have purchased the Pepsodent 2in 1 tooth past in Reliance fresh on dated 10/7/12.
When i came to home & i open the box i got in side there is no tooth past tube ,i got wist material in place of tube.

it is worth of 62/- Rs
