Dear Sir/Madam

This is with reference to the Broadband Internet Service No 26340441 C A No. 2060214158.

Kindly note that the Internet connection at the address given above is not working to my satisfaction, while connected to the internet I am enable to send and receive mails as the line gets disconnected in between and this happens many times, I have to restart the whole process all over again.
In-spite of several complains to the helpdesk the problem has not been solved.

Kindly look into the matter immediately, if not I will have to change the Service provider.

At present I am using DSL/749 256Kbps/upto 2Mbps, unlimited 1.25 GB and would like to change the plan to DSL599 512 Kbps upto 2Mbps unlimited 1 GB

From 1st May I have changed the Triband plan to 596-TriB 599 but the same problem occurs.
