Dear Sir,
i have purches a Spice CDMA set modal no c-3300 on dated
18/8/12 from city point at nalhati, birbhum, case memo no 926. which
is bust on 11/08/13 at 6.30 PM, which is put up on my pocket during
evening walk, where no harm to me but mob is damage(i.e.battery
damage and may be mobile) and not working. next day i’m going to ranchi
service center said above problem. then he said that this is burn set
is not entertain by kolkata head service center and the are not
receive my set to resolve my problem. he give me Mr.viswanath ji a
no7858071954. He also told me we are not giving you on that condition
its may be hazardous to me fortunately its not a big bust. its a serious problem because its bust in a normal condition neither during that time i’m charging (12 hr before charging done) nor talking
kind take necessary action at the end of you.So that, that type of happening is not repeated and i got my mobile.
