Need my money back

Location/place: MUMBAI – Vile Parle

Name of company/service: BLACKBERRY

My mobile was automatically shut down & unable to restart again hence I went to Blackberry service center (Borivali West) & registered the complaint. After two days they called me stating that it won’t be repaired, they returned my mobile for which they charged me Rs.220/- for checking & told me we can’t do anything, you can send email for the same directly to Blackberry Regional manager.

On dated 05/08/2013, I sent email to Blackberry Manger with receipt# & details whatever happens in the service center. The reply I got from them was I have to pay Rs.13,500/- to swap the mobile

I replied to that email I have purchase this mobile for Rs.10200/- and it was in warranty period. Even I forwarded them the necessary documents but till date I didn’t receive any reply from them.

For the above matter I want to raise the complaint in consumer forum
