Regarding Misising Product

Name of company/service: Flipkart

I placed an order i.e., OD30722050752 on 22/07/2013, an amount of Rs.1265 overall, which consists of 1 Track pant, 1 T-shirt & 1 Casual Shirt, which is of 2 parcels. In 1 parcel it contains 1 Track pant stating an amount Rs.509 on the parcel cover & an other parcel it contains 1 T-shirt & 1 Casual Shirt, stating an amount of Rs.756 on the parcel cover. In the 2nd parcel i have only Proline T-shirt & i haven’t received the Status Quo Casual Shirt which was missing in the parcel cover. My brother was opened the parcel in front of courier guy (Mohd Rahmath Ali) & we explained regarding the missing product, but the courier guy was said to contact the customer care. I did that but am really experienced the worst response & am unsatisfied.

I have already experienced the same thing in the past with the same website(Flipkart.com), but this time am really fed up with their services & response.

The thing is not about the amount of the product, the thing is about the promise they made to me to be fulfilled. So, as of now am expecting the promise they made to me to be fulfilled or i want a compensation for that.
