Undelivered Product

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Yepme.com

I placed an order no 2668836 on 17-07-2013. But till now i haven’t received the product from Yepme.com, even though after completion of the TAT days of the Company site(Yepme) mentioned. I contacted their customer care(YepMe), but their is no proper response & the way they responding to my call was the worst thing i have ever experienced till now. I called them many times regarding the product, but they are saying all the nonsense or stories to me.

I’m really fed up with their services & worst customer care centre they have.
