Dear Sir/Madam
I have taken a loan from hdfc bank on april 2012, Acording to the bank information that the processing fees & insurance charges will be amount is Rs.2100/- but the bank charges repees Rs.3682/- as processing charges which are not being disclosed by the bank to me.
I am continiusly in the being follow-up to the bank executive but no sufficiant reply for the same to till date.So Pls take suficiant actions
