Never go for Reliance communications….You will be trapped.

Hi Guys

Never go for Reliance communications…You will be trapped. I have paid one and a half months back.They gave the communications at the time of payment. Everything was working fine and then got disconnected after 10 days. Now since 1 month I am calling customer cares,sending them mails , running to their offices and still only getting the promises that this is due to our system problem . So it will be activated by evening, next day etc etc but that time never came till now.
1) If you call customer care, they will just register a complaint, give you the time of 72 hours and afer 72 hours they will close the complaint. Again when you will call they will promise you that the connection will get activated and then again will register a complaint.
2) They registered 3 complaints for the same problem and other three I registered by mail. I got the calls and assurance but no real work from their side.
3) The thing is that customer care people are to fool people. They clearly says we can’t do anything other than registering complaints. They don’t have coordination with their billing departments, connection departments etc.
4) First they told that this is our system problem. You will get the connection soon. Then they asked me to mail the receipt, then they asked me to go to reliance Kormangala office and get that updated. At Kormangala office they told me that we don’t take wired connection’s recipt..Go to ITPL. At ITPL I again was sent to main office.
5) At Mail office of Reliance communication,…They took my CAF NO. and tild me that it will be updated by evening . But it never got updated. When I called them again, they told me that by mistake it was updated into some other person’s account. It will be corrected soon. But it never got updated and now they are not picking the phone itself.

6) Don’t go to president’s e-mail given on Reliance communication’s website. When you will mail them, you will not get a reply. Even if you get a call, you will get a assurance and a promise nothing else.

7) This is Anil Dhirubhai’s compnay…Not Dhirubhai’s….No respect for customers.

8) The Nodal officer’s mail address given on this website is wrong one. Mail bounces.
