Dear Mam/Sir,
Myself Premdeep Dahiya and I was working as supervisor in Kurukshetra from 23rd Dec,2015 to 20th March,2016 with your organisation. Sorry to say this but I called around so many times for getting the right solution of my problem regarding job (termination without any proper notice).Sometimes I got the advise but it never worked out completely. Last time also i mailed regarding my issue but i never get a single reply. From last 15days I was calling Mr Sandeep to get to know the status but he was simply ignoring my calling and then recently I went to office for asking my Salary and remaining pending bills but he din’t gave me the response for this and on top of that he handover me the list of packets which are lost and whose total is around 8000. Dear Sir/Mam I just want to know this thing that suddenly Mr Sandeep selected another supervisor and told him to take the charge as soon as possible and even though without telling me before the day new supervisor reach to office. After that he called me and told to leave the office and submit resignation letter and submit the laptop,keys,doungle as earliest as possible i did that also. But the time of submitting these things he din’t ask me regarding the shipments in the office neither he told me that shipments amount which are lost.Up to my knowledge and the mail which i received at the time when i was working the shipment which are lost are all total of amount 1200. Now when i went for asking about my salary he total me all the packed lost and their amount but so many packets was their in the hub till the last day i was working. At last each and every blame is coming on me.
Firstly I lose my job without any proper notice.Secondly I got forced to put resignation. Thirdly I was getting less full and final payment which is till now delay.
Just want to know that according to company policy if someone is putting down his or her paper he/she should get their salary in 45 days rite. But I was not ready to leave the organisation and I got forced to put down my papers.Even though Mr Sandeep send some people to my house for telling me to put down the papers and giving back laptop,keys and doungle.The persons which Mr Sandeep send to my house they din’t behave properly with my family and they even talk rudely with my family.
yesterday also when I asked Mr Sandeep that “Sir please send my bill to concern department so that it will be clear as soon as possible because already given time is crossed of 45 days. but he told that I have to check first and then I will send it.Then just simply I said that Sir its really urgent and even I was totally in loss with all the things related to this company or else I will take a help of consumer court. He Shouted at me and disconnect the call. Again i called and he hand over the phone to his employee and that person told me that go and do whatever you want to do. Now we will see how to will get your payment. Sir,So many miss things happens with me and after that what should I do now.For the knowledge I already gave all the bills on 11th april,2016 and till now its not clear first he told me that it will be cleared and come direct in the bank account with in a week. After that I was keep checking my account but the amount din’t came and when I used to call Mr Sandeep He never picked my call.In the mean while I had a talk with Mr Anil, Mr Rajnesh ,Miss Neha , Mr Chander Prakesh and told each and every problem i was facing till now.
So please its a humble request to all you Sir/Mam.Look into this matter help me out.
