Dear sir/mam
I am using a tata docomo network for my cell phone. From past 10-15 days, amounts have been deducted from my account’s main balance as subscription charges despite of me subscribing for any of those services. Also when i tried to contact 121 they refused to refund my amount and stopped my access to complain on 121. Even the agents they have in my city are helpless regarding any kind of help to offer. Every other docomo user is facing such problem. Kindly take some strict action to stop such fraudulant deductions.
