Croma Retail – No warranty service despite several followups

Hi,

I had bought a Halogen Heater from Croma Palam Vihar (Gurgaon) Store on the 12th of Jan., 2012 (Invoice No. – SLF02A025020011434). It was a display piece and stopped working after some time. It has a warranty of 1 year. I went to the Palam Vihar store with the heater and came to know that the store has closed.

I reached the DT Mega Mall store in Gurgaon on 1st Dec., 2012 with the heater, and the person there noted down the details and asked me to take the heater back as the technician would be visiting within three working days. Noone turned up. I called at the customer care number on the 14th of Dec., 2012 and got a complaint register (Complaint number 787021) and I was told that since this is a high priority complaint, the technician will be visiting in 1 day. Again noone turned up. I repeatedly called up the customer care number but to no avail. Its 20th Dec. today and still I have no information on the complaint.
