Regarding fraud bill and not return security deposit

Dear sir/madam
my vodafone no was 9833355060.i have disconnected the postpaid connection in february. On 19th feb vodafone finally disconnect my no.i paid rs 200 on 5th febraury 2013 as vodafone requires.my monthly rental was rs 99 monthly plan.they make rs303 bill and sent to my home.they disconnect my outgoing on 10 feb and whole number on 19 feb.i have also give security deposit of rs 200.till now they can’t return my security deposit. Today 18-05-2013 vodafone guys came to my house and give threat that they will kill me and take rs303 from my family.
Dear sir i requested you please take necessary action against this fraud by vodafone. Need justice. My present mobile number is 09730333991.
