I AM NARENDAR REDDY V.STAYING AT THE ABOVE SAID ADDRESS.MY LANDLINE CONNECTION IS DEAD SINCE 10-06-2013 MIDNIGHT.I COMAPLIANED THEM ABOUT THIS ON 11-06-2013.EVERY TIME WHEN CALL THE COUSTOMER CARE I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 3-5 MINUTES BEFORE I TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE.AND THEY KEEP ON SATING WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU.I ALSO TOLD THEM IN MY AREA FEW CABLES ARE CUT.DAILY I AM CALLING 3-4 TIMES TO KNOW THE STATUS.
ACTUALLY I HAVE ENROLLED IN A ONLINE COURSE BY PAYING RS.25000/- WHICH NEEDS BROADBAND CONNECTION.I AM LOOSING MY VALUEBLE TIME BEACUSE OF THIS PROBLEM.PLASE RAISE THIS ISSUE WITH THEM.
