dear sir,
in the month of oct.2012 i had converted my prepaid to post paid facility with rs.300/- deposit of money to the no. 9732057840 as because i was requested several times by the local vodafone personel from court more, burnpur asansol.
unfortunately, every month there a problem or the other with the billing.i have paid all there due bills in time. on 11th.feb’2013 i have re-converted my facililty to prepaid with clearing all their dues. the then i was told that i shall get back my 300/-rs deposit money within 60days, by cheque on my name at my home address.
sir, months have gone by, i have several times visited to their asansol branch but always they were assuring falsely. lastly, i have visited asansol vodafone store on 31.05.2013 and their p.r.o. have assured to get my back my money within 48hrs.from date, unfortunately, all are in vein.
sir, earnestly requesting you to look into the matter to get back my money and stop their continuous harassment to customers.
