Regarding Emi bounce, extra charges imposed by bank

I would like to mention some points which might clear the entire things.

When I already have submitted my ECS verification Form duly signed by me to Your Bank representative and follow up was given to me that ECS formality with AXIS Bank has been done in time.

It shows that Bank has not done ECS clearing and the same has not been also conveyed to me elsewhere i would have done the same within a stipulated time.

Secondly when cheque is returned, Bank has not even taken this much interest to inform me on time and when i have called that my EMI is still not deducted from my saving account, i got reply that “don’t worry will take it, its our work.”

At last, after around 15 20 days of the said EMI deduction date i again have called up and than Bank has informed that Your cheque is return for unknown reason till than no conversation was there by the Bank.

The reason of cheque bounced due to signature difference is come in my knowledge only when i have asked for the return memo from your main office.
In view of such circumstances I am not be liable for any charges that is imposed on me. Sir they have taken to much time around 53 days, even they have not solve it. and they want full amount including intrest of these days.
They have doubled the amount. Even during mail conversation they every time mention that your issue is under process, we will resolve shortly. How can they do this to me. It’s unfair.
